1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
- Standard Warranty: KOOLUX offers a 2-year warranty on all newly purchased e-bikes and e-scooters. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that are not caused by user abuse or improper handling.
- Consumable Exclusion: Consumable parts (such as tires, saddles, plastic components, brake pads, and similar items) are not covered by this warranty.
- Factory Quality: All KOOLUX e-bikes and e-scooters are factory new, and every component is original. Any non-human-caused failure due to quality issues during the warranty period will be remedied by providing the necessary replacement parts free of charge.
2. Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Failures or damages resulting from improper usage, lack of maintenance, or adjustments not in accordance with the user manual.
- Damage or malfunctions caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
- Incidents arising from accidents, collisions, or improper storage.
- Second-hand or modified products.
Note: If a part fails after the 2-year warranty period, the customer will be responsible for both the replacement parts and any associated shipping fees.
