What Does the Warranty Cover?
This warranty is valid only for electric bikes purchased through our official website, koolux.eu. If your bike was bought from another seller or platform, please reach out to them directly for any support or service.
How Long Is the Warranty?
Bikes: Covered for 2 years, excluding parts subject to regular wear and tear.
Batteries: Covered for 6 months.
The warranty period starts from the day the bike is delivered to the original purchaser.
Please note: “Wear and tear” refers to normal deterioration that naturally occurs through everyday use and is not included in the warranty coverage.
When Does the Warranty Not Apply?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or poor maintenance. It also excludes normal wear and tear, shipping damage, and theft.
For full protection, we recommend recording your bike's serial number and considering insurance coverage.
